Return Policy
We always endeavour to supply the ordered products in good condition. Kindly verify that the item ordered by you is as per your requirement at the time of placing your order. We are unable to accept returns from customers under any circumstances other than defects in products.

Please read the details below to have a seamless, hassle-free experience. We will do our best to replace approved claims for any damaged in-transit product or defective product. Only if we do not have a replacement to offer, will a refund be processed.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
All items purchased on Simsonpharma.com are non-returnable and non-refundable. The only exception is for products received in a damaged or defective condition, and this must be communicated to us by e-mail within the stipulated period.
Please do not accept any packages that are damaged or tampered with. In such cases, please return the product to the courier delivery person immediately.
Customers must inform us of any wrongly delivered products, products damaged in transit, or products with manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery. Claims beyond 48 hours will not be entertained.
Grievance Redressal
Please send us an email at info@simsonpharma.com with a full description of the issue faced with the product. Including a few photographs or a short video will help us provide a quicker resolution.

We will investigate the issue and revert with a solution. You are requested to send back the product only after receiving a return authorisation from us. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted or processed for refund.
When Will You Receive Your Refund?
Refunds will reflect in the customer’s bank account within 15 working days, as per the policies of the bank, credit card issuer, or payment gateway. The refund will be processed through the same mode that the payment was made.
Simson Pharma will try their best to assist, however we are not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card issuers, or payment gateways.
The refund will be processed only after the returned product is received in intact condition and verified by our after-sales team.
